This comfortable room on the first floor of a well-maintained house is ideal for couples and offers a large double bed (160 x 200 cm), a refrigerator, and a kettle on 16 m². The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, and hairdryer.



The accommodation includes an 18 m² balcony with sea view, partially covered, equipped with lounge furniture, awning and clothes horse. Air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, WiFi and complete room darkening provide additional comfort.



The accommodation is only 200 m from the sea. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and the town centre are also in the immediate vicinity. A parking space at the property is available free of charge. Upon arrival, guests receive a welcome drink, and support is also offered for excursions, boat or car rental reservations.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, diving, snorkelling, boat trips, cycling, hiking and cultural experiences.



Included in the price are bed linen, towels, beach towels, electricity, water, heating, internet, kitchen towels, use of air conditioning, registration and deregistration fee, as well as interim cleaning. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning and use of the communal washing machine. The tourist tax will be collected on site.
