This spacious holiday apartment offers space for up to five people on 70 m² and is located on a small peninsula, just 70 m from the beach. The accommodation has two bedrooms – one with a double and single bed, the other with a double bed – as well as two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower.



The living area is equipped with two sofa beds, sofas, coffee table, TV (SAT, LCD) and air conditioning. The kitchen with dining area offers a refrigerator, freezer compartment, gas and electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery as well as a dining table for six people.



The 16 m² large, partially covered southwest terrace with sea view invites relaxation with table, chairs, awning, clothes horse, and Hollywood swing.



The apartment is ideal for families. Guests have access to a grill, WiFi, satellite TV, organic products from the wine cellar, and electronic anti-mosquito devices.



The villa is situated quietly amidst greenery, with parking spaces for four cars directly at the house. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy water sports such as swimming, diving, snorkelling, windsurfing or boat trips, use fishing opportunities, engage in mountain biking or visit nature parks. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and attractions are within a few minutes' reach.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, WiFi, kitchen towels, tourist tax, as well as registration and deregistration fees. Additional costs will be incurred for heating and the use of the communal washing machine.
