Punta des Port 7 is a high-quality, newly built villa with 4 bedrooms, featuring a fresh and contemporary style and a private pool. It is located in the quiet residential area of ​​Punta des Port, between Cala D'Or and Porto Petro, Mallorca.

On the ground floor of the two-story villa, there is an open-plan living and dining area with access to a covered terrace and the pool area. The modern kitchen with an island is connected to the living and dining area by a large sliding door. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the garden and pool area. On the first floor, there are three twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom – two with showers and one with a bathtub. All bedrooms are connected by a balcony that leads to a large terrace. In the basement, there is a room with an additional satellite TV, a pool table, a ping-pong table, and sofas. The washing machine is also located here.

A beautiful and well-maintained lawn with a large pool and sun terrace completes the ground floor. A long, covered terrace offers space for outdoor dining and a cozy relaxation area, both overlooking the pool.
