The modern apartment "Nonno Bigi Genziana" is located in a farmhouse in Tremosine sul Garda municipality on the northwestern shore of Lake Garda and is only a short drive from the waterfront. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine and satellite TV, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request. The building has a shared laundry room.

The apartment has a balcony with spectacular views over the mountains and onto the lake. The communal outdoor area boasts a furnished garden with a barbecue as well as a playground. There will also be able to relax on the deck chairs with umbrellas.

A bus stop is just 100m from the property. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (2.5km) away, and you will find a restaurant with lake views after 7 minutes by car (4km), as well as some other cafés and bistros. The beach Campione del Garda is a 24-minute drive or 13km away. Other beaches can be reached after a 20-minute drive to Limone sul Garda.

Parking spaces are available on the property. No A/C. Solar-energy powered. Breakfast is available for a fee with natural products from the company such as milk butter and marmalade.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price as well as cleaning costs. Homemade jams, fruits and olive oil available.
