The "Casa Carmelo" apartment is located in the village of Gonnesa, in southwest Sardinia, just a few minutes’ drive from the white sandy coast. It offers a beautiful private outdoor area with a garden and terrace. The 150 m² apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



Bedroom 1: king-size bed with air conditioning. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Bedroom 3: king-size bed.



On the private terrace, both open and covered, with a garden, you’ll find comfortable chairs and loungers to enjoy the afternoon sun. You can prepare delicious meals on the grill and end your day with a glass of wine.



A wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, and supermarkets is reachable within 2–4 minutes by car. The sandy Fontanamare beach is just 6 minutes by car (4 km). The area offers many attractions, including the village of Seruci with a nuraghe, a hut village, and a rock tomb (8 minutes by car), the Santa Barbara cave, an ancient cave with a small lake (11 minutes by car), and Monte San Giovanni, offering panoramic views of the countryside and sea (8 minutes by car). Cagliari is less than 1 hour away (68 km), and the airport is about 45 minutes by car (60 km).



Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and towels are included. During the winter, heating is available for an additional fee.
