The charming Ecofinca Casa La Chocita is located in the heart of Tenerife, just outside of Los Realejos. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a washing machine. A baby bed and a highchair are available upon request.

This property features both a balcony and a private garden where guests can relax in the sun and enjoy the stunning views. There is a grill for cooking delicious meals outside. The owners grow grapes for wine, and provide guests with home-grown fruit!

Despite the peaceful location of the home, all the essentials are just a short drive away. The nearest restaurant is 3 minutes away by car (900 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive away (1.3 km). A selection of shops and restaurants can be found in Los Realejos, about 7 minutes away by car (approx. 4 km). Many stunning beaches are just a short drive away, for example Playa del Socorro, which is just 14 minutes away by car (8.2 km). Tenerife North airport is 30 minutes away by car (31.6 km).

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. No A/C.
