Very charming semi detached house close to the beach with communal pool Casa La Selva was finished in 2020 and is a semi detached townhouse with a small garden, sea views and communal pool (Easter - mid October). On the ground floor you will find a beautifully furnished living room with open plan kitchen and dining area. There is Smart TV (for example for Netflix) and WLAN. There is also a cloack room. The three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom ensuite. The two bedrooms with two individual beds face the sea and one bedrooms also has a small balcony. The terrace has an awning and a dining table and the small private garden is ideal to relax and there is a gate that is a great shortcut to the beach. The communal pool is opened from the week before easter to mid of October.
