The imposing vacation villa "Lumb" offers an in-house access to the bay "Cala Gat" in "Cala Ratjada" and a 1.500 m² large plot. Within a minute you can reach the sea on foot and cool off in the crystal clear water. The villa has a large entrance hall with chandelier, a living and dining area with sea views and fireplace for cozy evenings, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room and dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating for the cooler season.

From your private open terrace with breakfast table as well as balcony, you will enjoy a unique panoramic view of the sea. Your private outdoor area also includes a swimming pool, a garden and a BBQ grill where you can prepare delicious meals in the evening. Enjoy your time outdoors, lazing in the sun, taking advantage of the short walk to the sea or jumping into the pool for a refreshing dip. There are no limits to your imagination here.

Due to the convenient, quiet location, you can reach the center of "Cala Ratjada", which is one kilometer away, either comfortably on foot (13 minutes) or comfortably by car (3 minutes). There you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as shopping facilities. Stroll along the promenade and enjoy a sundowner overlooking the sea. The best restaurants near your accommodation include Restaurant del Mar (1.8 km), Andreu Genestra (5.1 km) and Vino e Cucina (14 km). Canyamel Golf course is 10 km away (15 minutes by car). The beaches Cala Gat, (500 m), Cala Lliteras (1,6 km), Platja de son Moll (2 km) and Cala Agulla (2,7 km) are practically at your doorstep and invite you to spend relaxing days by the sea.
