The little vacation home "Das Bergzeit" also called Zugspitzhäusel, is a small newly built vacation home in the quiet climatic health resort of Farchant and with a view of the Zugspitze. The as good as new and comfortably furnished little house has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus accommodates 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), underfloor heating and two SAT-TVs. A baby cot and highchair can be added free of charge.

The cottage also has a private garden with a covered terrace and a sitting set.

Zugspitzhäusel is quietly located in the climatic health resort of Farchant, 4 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Right outside the door are beautiful hiking trails, also along the water falls. A selection of restaurants, cafés and bars can be reached after a 4-10-minute walk. A village store is just a 6-minute walk away (500m). Within 10 minutes on foot, you can reach playgrounds and an outdoor pool - 2 golf courses are also nearby. Furthermore, it is between 5-8 km from mountains such as the Zugspitze and Partnachklamm, and the lake Eibsee is 25 minutes by car away. A ski resort is about 15 minutes away. A bus stop can be reached after only 5 minutes on foot. To Füssen it is about 31 km, Seefeld is 40 km away, and you can reach Innsbruck after 37 km. The nearest airport is Memmingen Airport - 83 km away.
