"Es Porrassar", a typically Mallorcan villa, is located right on the edge of the little resort of Cas Concos. The 450 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 5 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms and an extra toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, fans, a television and a washing machine. Two baby beds and two highchairs are available upon request.

The rustic property features a large private garden with a pool and sun loungers. There is also both a covered and an open terrace with seating furniture where guests can relax with a refreshing drink and enjoy the views. There is even a grill for cooking delicious meals outside!

Despite the peaceful location of the villa, all the essentials are just a short walk or drive away. The nearest restaurant is only 2 minutes away on foot (190 m) and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (450 m). A selection of shops, restaurants and cafes can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. Many beautiful beaches are just a short drive away, for example Calo de sa Torre, just 16 minutes away by car (11.6 km). Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are a 43-minute drive away (43.6 km).
