Our home is located in a beautiful spot at the beginning of the Gerlosberg and very close to Zell am Ziller. Take a break from everyday life. Enjoy the beauty of nature and the impressive mountain view.

The flat was recently built and is located on the ground floor. You enter it via its own entrance, no shared or common entrance area with others so privacy is guaranteed. The flat has three bedrooms, a modern bathroom as well as an extra toilet, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, pans, dishes, cutlery, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) and an indoor ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Everything is brand new, elegantly furnished and cosy. There is a wonderful, sunny terrace in front of the house. The free ski bus stops almost in front of the flat and takes you to the largest ski area of the Zillertal „Zillertal Arena“ within a few minutes.
During your summer holiday you can enjoy many exciting and relaxing activities such as hiking, cycling or even climbing in a high ropes course. From your flat at the Gerlosberg you can easily reach all those destinations to do your prefered activity. It is a perfect starting point for sports and outdoor enthusiasts.
