The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 2005 and is furnished in a modern and luxurious style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. The following are available for shared use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. On the large communal terrace (roof of the building) there is a hot tub, a table and chairs, garden furniture and a lounger.

The property is situated in a quiet location, not far from the centre of Rovanjska. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 80 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
