Our holiday apartment in Schwanau is ideal for families with children and can accommodate up to six people. Europa-Park and the Rulantica water park are just a few minutes away by car.

🪶 Notice on the Tourism Tax
Starting January 1st, 2026, our municipality will charge a tourism tax of 4% on the accommodation price for private stays.
Since Airbnb does not currently collect this fee automatically, the tourism tax must be paid directly to us.

Due to recent misunderstandings and negative reviews, we would like to clarify the following:
Our holiday apartment is equipped with a wallbox for guests with electric cars.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free charging, as we have to purchase electricity at high cost ourselves. Providing 40–80 kWh per day free of charge is not economically feasible. However, our charging price is still significantly cheaper than at public charging stations.
