The 150m2 vacation home Moli Den Barret is located in Santa Margalida, a town in the northeastern part of Majorca, a sunny island in Spain's Balearic Islands. The home consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The home features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).



Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the apartment and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sit in the open terrace, both for private use. The outdoor area also has a pool and a grill, also for private use.

The home is just a 10-minute drive (10 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along Alcudia bay where scenic beaches, such as Platja de Na Patana and Playa del Muro, are also located. Guests can experience the natural beauty of the region in the Son Real and Puig de Ferrutx hiking areas just a 15 to 20 minute (11 to 20 km) drive from the home. Golf enthusiasts will enjoy the scenic 18-hole Club de Golf Alcanada which overlooks the ocean, just 28 minutes (23 km) by car from the home. The Santa Margalida area currently has 93 cycling routes that wind through the stunning coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 46 minutes (52 km) from the home.
