On one level, you have a large bedroom, a bathroom and a living and kitchen area with a sofa bed for an additional person. The apartment is air-conditioned, offers free WiFi and is particularly suitable for guests who value relaxation and privacy.



From the private terrace with garden furniture, you directly access the greenery. Palm trees, shade-providing trees and plenty of tranquillity create a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity is the heated community pool, which can be used seasonally and is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. A covered barbecue area with a view of the pool is also available and can be used communally. Garden and parking spaces are located directly on the enclosed property.



The estate is located in the village of Kukci, just about 3 km from the sea, beaches, and the centre of Poreč. The surroundings are characterised by tranquillity and plenty of greenery, while shopping facilities and gastronomy are easily accessible. A small shop with fresh baked goods and a restaurant are located approximately 350 metres from the house. Upon request, you will also receive personal tips about beautiful beaches and small bays along the coast, which are conveniently accessible and offer free parking.



For additional relaxation, further offers can be used on site, such as massages or a hot tub in the garden, which are available upon request and for a fee. Pets are also welcome, for which an additional fee is charged. Communal washing facilities can also be used for an additional charge. A lockable bicycle room is available free of charge.
