This semi-detached house is located in a quiet residence, about 800 metres' walk from the Mediterranean Sea. It is built against a hill, so the garden is one floor below. You have an enclosed garden with private pool (10 x 5m), garden furniture, table tennis table, barbecue and a covered outdoor kitchen with, among other things, a fridge and a 2-burner gas stove.
