Apartment

It is a bright and modern holiday apartment right by the sea in an exclusive complex. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the 4-story house. There is an elevator and a parking space in the underground car park (double garage with lockable garage door, height 1.80 cm). The complex includes a restaurant and a swimming pool. All rooms (bedrooms and living room) are air-conditioned. The beach is only about 100 m away and can be reached directly from the complex, no street has to be crossed. The Fréjus-Plage marina is also a minute's walk away, but the apartment is still in a quiet location. Just a few minutes walk away is the indoor swimming pool and a large area for various sporting activities (e.g. inline skating, jogging). The holiday apartment is only rented with 'self-catering'. You must bring your own bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. On the day of departure, an amount of €100.00 must be handed over in cash to the on-site manager couple for final cleaning and service.
