The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard.

Valica. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed property with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late October, 3.5 m x 7.5 m, 1.5 m deep).

Kitchenette in the live-in kitchen with dining area (5 seats), (induction hob), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.
