Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 9-minute walk to Filzstein Speedy Ski Lift, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Duxeralm Ski Lift.

Once you get back, you can enjoy your surroundings with the balcony and BBQ grill. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and cookware. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing. Other amenities include heating and a dining table.
