The villa is located in a quiet part of Malinska, on the island of Krk.
In front of the building there is an olive grove owned by the landlord. The villa has 4 bedrooms, a tavern with entertainment space and kitchen.
There is a garage, kitchen, living room and dining room, and a wellness area with two saunas, shower and jacuzzi.
In the building there is a tavern of 60m2. In the tavern there is a fully equipped kitchen and a fireplace (for food preparation).

In the tavern there is a table for billiards, a table for table football and darts, and in the garage there is a table for table tennis (outdoor).
On the 1st floor there is a wellness area with two saunas (infrared and Finnish), and on the terrace there is a jacuzzi.

The facility also has an outdoor pool with terrace, outdoor shower, space of approximately 15m2 decking, and barbecue (the facility has two barbecues, one in the tavern and one on the terrace).
