The villa ‘Sun Bay Villas 44’ is located in San Miguel de Abona and boasts a view of the sea. The 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a washing machine. A highchair and baby cot are also available upon request. The villa offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a children’s pool and an outdoor shower. In 3-7 minutes walking you will reach shops, bars, restaurants and cafes and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m). Furthermore, Playa El Barranco beach can be reached on foot in 14-minutes (1.1 km) while Tenerife South airport is an 18-minute drive from the property (11 km).
