With two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms on two levels, this holiday home offers enough space for up to 4 people on approx. 90m² of living space. The villa is located in a privileged position in a residential area on a corner plot. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Villa Solsidan is the perfect holiday destination.

Spread over two floors, there is a bright living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with breathtaking sea views, just a 15-minute walk from the Marina Rubicón marina with shops, bars and upmarket restaurants.

In the outdoor area of the villa there is another outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue. The lounge area and the combination of whirlpool and swimming pool leave nothing to be desired.

All rooms are equipped with shutters and are optimally tempered by air conditioning and heating.

Price information & booking conditions

- Minimum rental period 5 nights
- Pool can be heated and can be optionally booked for a fee. The temperature of the heated pool is 28-29ºC and we ask guests to book this in advance.
- There is a small symbolic charge for the use of air conditioning, which can be paid directly at the property via a coin-operated machine. The costs are very low if used consciously.
