In Demre you can visit several different types of beaches (sand and stone). There are cold springs where you can cool off on hot summer days. You can see the ruins of the ancient city of Myra or visit the church and tomb of St. Nicholas (Santa Claus). This is always a special experience for the kids.
A further attraction are the sea turtles that live in Demre harbour.
From there you can also depart on unforgettable boat trips to the sunken city of Kekova and swim in the beautiful surrounding bays.
