Holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, private pool and Mediterranean garden, in a quiet area between Cala D'Or and Porto Petro. The villa is just a short drive from the sandy cove of Cala Egos, the marina in Cala D'Or, and Porto Petro.

Beautiful two-story villa on a quiet residential street. The ground floor features a spacious living room and dining area, both with access to the terrace and pool. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has two further bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other, with partial sea views, offers an en-suite shower room and access to a small terrace.

The outdoor area includes a 6 x 4 meter chlorinated water pool with sun loungers, a covered terrace with a dining area and portable barbecue, and partial views across the water to the port of Porto Petro.

Air conditioning is available 24 hours a day in the bedrooms. The living area is equipped with a ceiling fan.

The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately.
