Jadranovo. The holiday flat is located on a 300 sqm enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
