The ground floor of this two-story traditional finca features a living/dining area with a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small utility room with a washing machine. On this level, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, en-suite bathrooms, dressing areas, and air conditioning, as well as another double bedroom, accessible from the terrace, also with an en-suite bathroom. The upper floor offers another large living room with a spacious terrace, providing stunning panoramic views over Cala D'Or and out to sea. There is also a small bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed and another with two single beds joined together; both rooms share a compact shower room.

Cas Tallador is perfect for outdoor living. The beautiful pool with Roman steps and the garden with its lawns invite you to swim and sunbathe. The lovely terrace with a chill-out zone and a built-in barbecue is the ideal spot for long evenings grilling al fresco in the balmy summer air.
