The Duplex La Nau holiday apartment in Playa del Port de Pollença with room for 6 people is just a few steps away from the beautiful Mallorcan sea. The apartment extends over 2 floors and has a light-flooded, modern furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen as well as 4 bedrooms (one of them with a sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a shared pool for refreshment on hot days and a private terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a meal together. Due to the optimal, central location of the apartment you can reach restaurants and supermarkets in 4 minutes on foot. The long sandy beach of the same name is also only 100 m away from the accommodation.



Parking is available on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is forbidden in the whole house. Unfortunately, the house owner does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years).
