Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (fibre suitable for teleworking), 2 smart TVS and 1 satellite TV and a play area with a billiard table and various toys for children. A crib and a high chair for children are available on request. The house includes several private terraces, which offer you a fantastic view of the sea and the volcano Pico del Teide. One of the terraces is covered, equipped with a cozy sitting area, a barbecue and a large dining table. Here you can enjoy convivial barbecues while admiring the sunset over the sea. Another highlight is the lower terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and a private infinity pool that is even heated in winter. Walking down the slope, you'll reach the coast after about 20 minutes, where you'll find a small seawater swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar and a marina. The nearest supermarket is a 4-minute drive (2.3km) away.
Parking is available on the street. A garage is also available for your car. Bed linen and towels (including pool towels) are included in the price. Extra cleaning and linen change available for a fee. Two bicycles (one for adults and one for children) are at your disposal. Please note that the house has 3 floors and there is no elevator in the house.
The pool is not heated as a general rule, since although it is heated in the cold months, it is an outdoor pool and the temperature will depend on the weather and outside temperature.
The villa has a recent photovoltaic installation for self-consumption of electricity connected to the grid and with storage, which means that the energy consumed in the village, as long as it is done responsibly, comes from the production of the photovoltaic plant itself, it is also able to store for the night some energy which helps in the hours without sunlight to continue consuming solar energy, although this time somewhat more limited, the whole Villa uses this energy so the more responsible the use the more efficient it is because what is not used during the day, is poured into the network in the form of clean energy, so we contribute with 100% clean energy to the system!
