Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einem, einzeln stehenden Einfamilienhaus und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück liegt am Ortsrand. Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück auf das Meer und der ruhigen und sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Sonnenliege, Gartendusche, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Hof.

Crikvenica. The holiday apartment is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Alle Pools stehen Ihnen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Außenpool (Anfang Mai bis Anfang Oktober in Betrieb 6 m x 4 m 1,5 m tief).
