The traditional holiday home “Villa Cami de la Mar” with a beautiful stone front and characteristic green shutters is located in Port de Sóller and boasts a beautiful mountain view. The spacious property, which stretches over 2 storeys, consists of a living/dining room, an additional living room on the 1st floor, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air condition (on the ground floor and on the first floor) fans, a washing machine, a television, a baby cot a highchair and toys. Furthermore, the property boasts a private outdoor, which overlooks the rolling hills and Mediterranean greenery. Here you will find a beautiful garden, a furnished, open terrace, a pool and an outdoor shower. Start your day with a delicious breakfast outside on the open terrace. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers with a good book and disconnect from the stress of everyday life. In under 10 minutes on foot you can reach a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is located a 12-minute walk away (1 km). A 5-minute walk away Puerto Sóller beach awaits your visit where you can spend some quality time with your loved ones and create unforgettable holiday memories.



There are 2 parking spaces on the property and street parking is also available.

This is a self-catering property.

The homeowners supply toilet paper along with other basic amenities upon arrival. You are expected to replace any items that you use. Please do not leave food leftovers in the property for hygienic reasons.

The swimming pool is behind the house and is accessed by stairs in the garden. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

If the guests check in after 9:00 p.m. they will have to do it through a self check in or will have to pay an extra fee.
