Villa Hortet sleeps 8 and features a private pool near the Cala d'Or marina. This villa is an excellent choice for a centrally located holiday home. The center of Cala d'Or and the beaches are less than 500 meters away.

The villa is spread over two floors. Upstairs, you'll find the living room with panoramic windows overlooking the Cala d'Or marina and the dining area with access to the terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area. A table for al fresco dining is located on the magnificent terrace. A shower room completes this floor. Downstairs, there are four bedrooms: three with two single beds each, one with a double bed, and each bedroom with access to the pool terrace. The bedrooms share two bathrooms with bathtubs and showers.

The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with palm trees and shrubs – the perfect place to sunbathe and relax.

There is a pool table, a ping-pong table, and a built-in barbecue.

Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms with set and limited usage times.

The legally mandated eco-tax is not included in the nightly rate.

On the top floor is a small apartment that is used by the owner on a temporary basis during July and August. He does not spend any time outdoors or by the pool. Privacy is guaranteed.
