The modernly furnished holiday apartment consists of a beautiful living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom and thus accommodates 3 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and cable TV. Within a 3-10-minute walk you can reach a wide range of restaurants, cafés and bars (250-800 m). The nearest supermarket is also just a 3-minute walk away (250 m), and another is a 9-minute walk away (700 m). Spend the day on the beautiful sandy beach of Ahlbeck (6-minute walk; 500 m) or enjoy a walk along the beautiful promenade to the pier (12 minutes on foot or 1 km). Usedom is famous for its seaside resort architecture and its stylish beach villas. Here you can enjoy carefree holiday hours. It is also worth taking a trip across the border to our Polish neighbours in Swinemünde. Here you can enjoy relaxed shopping and strolling. Swinemünde is only 10 minutes away by car (6 km).
