Holiday home "Pergola 706" is located in northwest Sardinia, just a 6-minute walk (500 m) from the stunning "La Pelosa" beach (limited access, reservation required), considered one of Europe’s most beautiful beaches. The Stintino peninsula is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and fine white sand. From a terrace 200 m above sea level, you can enjoy unique views of Isola Piana and the wild, unspoiled Asinara National Park.



The house features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 guests. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, and satellite TV. The private covered patio is perfect for breakfast or enjoying a meal prepared on the shared grill. A small shopping center with a restaurant, market, bar, and shops is just 300 m away. The famous hiking destination Torre della Pelosa is only a 10-minute walk (750 m), and the rocky promontory of Capo Falcone, with access to the Spanish tower, is a 7-minute walk (500 m).
