The spacious and bright interior includes a luxurious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is almost entirely barrier-free and can accommodate up to 6 guests.The property offers three bedrooms with double beds and three modern bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TVs, while an authentic Istrian tavern (konoba) adds a special touch to the overall atmosphere.The outdoor area features a large covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and dining table, perfect for relaxed gatherings in the open air. Guests can enjoy table tennis, small football goals, and a children’s playground with slides, making the villa an excellent choice for families with children.A private heated saltwater pool with a separate jacuzzi, along with an estate covering an impressive 15,000 m², provides ideal conditions for relaxation, walks, and recreation.
