The "Huus Viskert" offers plenty of space on 132 square meters for a vacation with the whole family or a group of friends . The typical Frisian house was built in 2020 and exudes cosiness with modern and high-quality furnishings.
On the ground floor of the house is the spacious open living and dining area with direct access to the terrace , which is located on the sunny side . In the living area, a large dining table offers enough space to eat and play games together.The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner. Directly adjacent is also a utility room with additional storage space and a washing machine and dryer .
In the living area you can make yourself comfortable in the spacious sofa corner and watch TV on the QLED Smart TV or enjoy the cozy warmth in front of the fireplace .
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a large double bed and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower .The "Huus Viskert" is therefore also suitable for the elderly or people who are not very good on foot. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, both with a large double bed (1.80mx2.00m) , wardrobe and a small seating area with Smart TV , so every guest has enough space and a retreat. There is also another daylight bathroom on the upper floor with a walk-in shower . The entire house is equipped with tiles , underfloor heating and electric shutters . 2 parking spaces are available directly at the house.
The "Huus Viskert" is located in the Krummhörner Warfendorf Visquard , Visquard is very centrally located and therefore offers a good starting point for exploring East Frisia .
