Bašanija, district of Bašanija. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 15 m). Parking (for 4 cars) in a carport and on the property.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen (3 sqm) with dining area (4 places), electric stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (2 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
