The apartment Naypa is located in Cadíz close to the beach. The modern apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating cable TV, a washing machine and a dryer. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Due to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in 4-5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is located just a 3-minute walk away (260 m). The highlight of this apartment is its close proximity to the beach which is just a 6-minute walk away (500 m). Here you can unwind on the soft sand and switch off from everyday life.



The property has a garage with one parking space available.

This is a 5-minute walk away (on Brasil street).

Parties and loud events are not allowed.

The house is intended for families and quiet groups. Due to the local regulation of Cádiz, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11 PM to 7 AM.

There is a security system in the house but it does not take photos or videos.
