The flat is located on the 5th floor of a residential building and can be reached by lift. Divided over two levels and stylishly furnished, the apartment offers guests a warm ambience. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom and an adjacent office/library with a comfortable sofa bed for one additional person. This floor also includes the bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2023.

On the lower floor, you’ll find the reception area with an open-plan kitchen, the spacious living area with access to the balcony, and a separate guest WC.

A locked garage is available to guests in the underground car park. Here, there is space for one small car or some bicycles. Larger vehicles cannot be parked in the garage.
