This flat, also suitable for children, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. There is Wi-Fi access, air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite television. This property has a private, furnished garden where you can sunbathe or prepare delicious meals, on the barbecue at your disposal, to be enjoyed in the open air. The private terrace, partly covered and partly uncovered, is a perfect space to relax.

With just a few steps you can reach the first two beaches which are about 100m away. Crossing these beaches, with a pleasant walk along the seashore you reach, after about 300m other beautiful beaches. All the beaches have bars and restaurants with the possibility of renting deck chairs, umbrellas and pedal boats.

From the centre of Olbia and its port it is about 6,5 km and from the airport only 8 km and both can be easily reached by public transport.

Also in the vicinity, only 5km away, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Golfo Aranci and its village and only 7km away the renowned beach of Marinella and the enchanting Porto Rotondo.

Porto Cervo is only 22 km away and San Teodoro on the other side. The nearest restaurants are within walking distance and are located 350 m from the property. Other restaurants are within a 10-12 minute walk from this property, other more distant bars can be reached in 9-13 minutes by car (6.7 - 8.5 km).
