The 83 m² large holiday home is built directly on a 10,000m² plot of land with a palm garden:



The lovingly furnished holiday home has a living room with panoramic glazing, sofa and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave and large fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom and offers space for 4 people.



The equipment also includes fans, a television with satellite reception and, on request, a baby cot and a highchair. There is also Wi-Fi.



Outside you have your own covered terrace with a surrounding open space and a barbecue at your disposal. The view onto the sea is fascinating and relaxing at the same time.



People seeking relaxation, who want to escape from their fellow men and a stressful everyday life and are looking for real peace and quiet, will feel particularly comfortable in this holiday home.



Nevertheless, it is not far by car, which is absolutely necessary for a stay in this accommodation, to supply yourself with the things of daily life or to enjoy the amenities of the island. In less than 5 minutes by car you can reach several supermarkets. There are also numerous restaurants within a radius of 3-10 km.



The fantastic and endlessly wide sandy beach Playa del Castillo - a paradise for surfers and only accessible via gravel roads - is only 6 minutes by car or 2.6 km away. Numerous other beaches can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car, so you will never get bored in the same place.



The airport is about 46 km away, the drive takes about 42 minutes.
