The well-furnished apartment “Panoramico Haus Forelle” is situated directly on the ski slopes in Selva di Val Gardena (Wolkenstein in Gröden) and is therefore perfect for skiing holidays with the family. The 71 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with an additional sofa bed for one person) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe and cable/satellite television, while a baby cot is available on request. You can start the day in the sunshine and a beautiful mountain panorama with a cup of coffee on the balcony and relax in the communal garden with seating furniture and sun loungers. As the highlight, you can access the famous Sellaronda skiing area directly from the house. From there, you can ski across the entire Dolomiti Superski area. In summer, the region also offers plenty of great routes for hiking, cycling. The centre of Selva di Val Gardena (Wolkenstein in Gröden) can be reached by bus in only a few minutes, and the bus stop is just 20 m from the property. There you will find shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as a tennis court which the homeowner has an agreement with. South Tyrol’s vibrant capital Bolzano (Bozen) lies a one-hour drive (46 km) west of the property.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Towels and bed linen are available for an extra fee. Towels and bed linen can be exchanged if requested during the stay for an extra fee.

Washing machine and dryer are available on request and for an extra charge.

Pets are not allowed.

People outside of the booking are not permitted on the property.
