The house is at the edge of the historic centre (pedestrian zone) and is 350 years old, the interior is completely new. Its walls are up to 120 cm thick and in almost all the rooms there are vaulted ceilings. The ground surface covers approx. 80m² plus 10m² of terrace (sea view). Ground floor: level entrance from street: dining/living room, kitchen, room with fireplace, terrace, stereo/CD. 1st basement: parent’s bedrooms, anteroom, bathroom/shower, washing machine. 2nd basement: guest/TV room with German TV, further bedrooms, terrace and garden. Each floor has a view of green hills as far as the sea. The house is built into the cliff so that you enter on street level from the street side, and on the garden side there are two lower levels. Furnishings: the house is completely furnished: 4 plate gas cooker, washing machine, stereos, TV and laundry.
