This beautiful and modernly furnished stone house is situated in a very beautiful and extremely quiet location, close to the town of Postira on the island of Brac.



The house is situated on a spacious fenced plot in a well-kept olive grove with panoramic views of the sea. The house consists of two beautiful bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchen and dining room. The living room opens onto a terrace with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the town of Postira.



Since the terrace has a view to the west, you will surely enjoy the unforgettable view of the beautiful sunset every day. From the terrace you can access the area where there is also an outdoor barbecue where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes.



The town of Supetar, the entertainment, cultural and transport centre of the island, is only 7 km away from your house. In Postira itself you will find plenty of fun for all generations.



Electricity is consumed by solar panels and the use of more powerful consumers is limited. The water comes from its own well and is not drinkable.
