This newly furnished holiday home offers a total of four double bedrooms—two of which have direct access to a balcony overlooking the valley and the sea. Renovated in 2022, there are also two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—as well as two separate WCs. The three bedrooms and the living/dining area with kitchen are located on the first floor, but there is a second living area with bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom on the lower floor as a separate entity.

On the lower floor, which is only accessible via the outside staircase, there is a further living area with bathroom, eat-in kitchen and bedroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons next to the living and dining area, from where you can also directly access the terraces.

To relax outside, there is a 5 x 10 m pool and sun terrace(s) with sun loungers. Car parking spaces are available in front of the house.
