The modern and well-furnished house offers a living-dining room with a fully equipped integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, cot, high chair, and fans. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area, featuring a well-kept garden, a covered and furnished terrace, a pleasant barbecue area for preparing meals, as well as a private pool and an outdoor shower—ensuring a relaxing holiday. Thanks to its excellent location, shops, restaurants, and bars are less than a 5-minute walk away. The nearest beach is just 250 meters away.



Bed linen and towels are included. You can park on the property. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. A deposit must be paid in advance. Access and overnight stays by persons not included in the reservation are not permitted. Parties, events, and celebrations are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is prohibited. The property cannot be used for illegal activities. You must respect the community’s quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00 and avoid loud music or behavior that may disturb neighbors. Penalties may apply.
