This charming little house is situated in a nice zone in Sikici, distanced 4,5 km from the center of Pula. Beach is ten minutes drive away. The house has a fenced closed courtyard and terrace with barbecue where you will surely enjoy with your family. The house accommodates 2-4 people. With its 50 m² size it offers: one double bedroom, air conditioned living room with sleeping possibility, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower cabin. The kitchen has refrigerator, electric stove, oven, water heater, coffee machine (American) and cooking utensils. You also have washing machine, WiFi, bed sheets and towels. Parking is in house courtyard. Pets are not allowed. The owners live in the other house on the same property.
