On the ground floor you can make yourself comfortable in the light-flooded living room , whether in front of the fireplace with a great view of the park-like garden or in the lounge corner in front of the TV. A large dining table under an open window front invites you to eat together.
The kitchen is in a separate room and offers complete, high-quality equipment .The house has 3 bedrooms , each with a double bed, wardrobe and TV. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own bathroom with shower. A spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the canal through the large window front. The other bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub are also located here.
When the weather is nice, you can really enjoy yourself in the park-like garden. The garden offers three terraces , one of them with a lounge corner and a nice spot on the canal.
The architect's house at Pewsumer Tief is located in a quiet residential area and offers a good starting point to explore East Frisia and the surrounding area.
