The building is situated in an excellent location, 300m from the tourist center of Medulin and the beach is distant only 10 minutes by foot. There are three modern apartments available for renting. House is newly built, in 2017.
This ground floor apartment can accommodate 6-7 people. With its 100 m² size, apartment offers: three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), living room, kitchen, separate WC and terrace. Kitchen is equipped to highest standards and has: fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and water boiler. Guests also have washing machine, SAT/TV, WiFi and grilling possibility. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Air conditioning is in the living room and in the hallway. Parking for two cars is in front of the building. Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: apartment is not suitable for groups of young people.A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
