The building is situated in an excellent location, 300m from the tourist center of Medulin and the beach is distant only 10 minutes by foot. There are two modern apartments available for renting.
This second floor apartment can accommodate 6 people. With its 100 m² size, apartment offers: three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and terrace. Kitchen is equipped to highest standards and has: fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and water boiler. Guests also have washing machine, SAT/TV and WiFi. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Air conditioning is in the living room and in the hallway. Guests have 2 parking spaces. Pets are not allowed. A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
