Smoking is not allowed inside the house and only regular cigarettes are permitted outside; no drugs of any kind are allowed. Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. For safety reasons, guests under 18 are not permitted. Due to stairs leading to a bedroom, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Parties are strictly prohibited. Bed linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 days.
